[Day 1 of Farmers' Market Week]
Dinner: I followed this recipe from Whole Living for Halibut, Squash, Tomatoes, and Olives but threw in some minced garlic too. We got 3/4 lb. of halibut, which resulted in 3 portions, leaving one for leftovers.
Ingredients used from the market: 2 squash
Ingredients not from the market: Cherry tomatoes, black pitted olives, halibut
Would I make it again? Eh. I liked the cooking method in theory because I had pasta cooked this way at a restaurant before and loved it. While the dish was fancy and healthy, steaming the fish wasn’t super tasty.

Dessert: We inhaled a pint of cherries.
